These terms and conditions govern site visitor access to and use of the web sites, media, apps, in-app services and any other content. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the website immediately.

You may not: (i) use any “deep link”, “page scrape”, “robot”, “spider”, or other automatic device, program, script, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the site or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the site to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents, or information through any means not purposefully made available through the site; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the site, including without limitation, the account of any other authorized user or any other systems or networks connected to the site or to any server used by The LOGAN Foundation or to any of the services offered on or through the site, by hacking, password “mining” or any other illegitimate or prohibited means; (iii) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or any network connected to the site, or breach the security or authentication measures on the site, or any connected network; (iv) reverse look-up, trace, or seek to trace any information on any other authorized user or visitor to the site; (v) take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the site or systems or networks of The LOGAN Foundation or networks connected to the website; (vi) use any device, software, or routine to interfere with the proper working of the site or any transaction being conducted on the site, or with any other person’s use of the site; (vii) use The LOGAN Foundation name or site to harvest or collect e-mail addresses or other contact information or funds; (viii) market, co-brand, private label, separately distribute, resell or otherwise permit third parties to access and use The LOGAN Foundation name and/or site without the express, separate and prior written permission of The LOGAN Foundation; (ix) create an intact reproduction of a page or pages of the website into another website; or (x) use The LOGAN Foundation name and/or website in an unlawful manner or in a manner that could damage, disparage, or otherwise negatively impact our organization.
Non-Solicitation. You may not post or transmit through the site any material which contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services without permission.
Limitations on Reverse Engineering and Modification. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify or create works derivative of the website or any materials accessed through the website.
​Compliance with Applicable Law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the website is in compliance with all applicable foreign, federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
By downloading, accessing, or using the website in order to view information and materials or submit subscription information of any kind, you represent that you: (i) are at least 18 years old, or between thirteen 13 and 17 years old and using the website with parental or legal guardian consent and supervision; (ii) are not using another authorized user’s account without that person’s permission.
The website or links may contain comment areas, questionnaires, tools, and other interactive features where you can share and display content, information, postings, materials, including without limitation, statements, photographs, video and other images . You are solely responsible for anything you provide. By submitting, you warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant, and automatically grant to The LOGAN Foundation a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right (including any moral rights) and license to use, license, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, translate, and distribute such materials (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate them in other works in any form, media or technology now known or developed in the future. The LOGAN Foundation will not be required to treat any materials as confidential, and you grant to The LOGAN Foundation the right to edit, copy, display, publish and distribute any materials made available via the website and linked pages by you, without compensation to you or any other party submitting the materials for you. The LOGAN Foundation reserves the right to delete or remove materials provided by you. The LOGAN Foundation does not endorse, oppose, or edit any opinion provided by you or any other user and does not make any representation to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any materials displayed, uploaded, linked-to or distributed by you or any other user. You agree that by using the website and/or links, you will not post or transmit any of the following:

Materials that are vulgar, obscene, indecent, profane, or otherwise objectionable or offensive, defamatory, unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, misleading, or false;

Materials that impersonate any other person or entity, whether actual or fictitious, or that misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;

files that contain malicious code, viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer, network, or the website.
The LOGAN Foundation may provide links, in its sole discretion, to other services. The LOGAN Foundation is not responsible for the availability of these outside resources or their contents. The LOGAN Foundation is not responsible for the content, materials, accuracy of information and/or the quality of the products or services provided by, available through, or advertised on these third-party services, or the products or services provided by any third party.
You may link to the The LOGAN Foundation website provided that you do so in a way that indicates that the link is direct to the website and is fair and not misleading. You may not integrate or make use of all or part of the website in ways that would confuse or mislead visitors as to the nature and origin of the website's content.
PASSWORDS; SECURITY
Registration by you as an authorized user for access to certain areas of the website may require both a user name and a password (“Authorized User Credentials”). You may also have to provide certain registration information, all of which must be accurate and updated. You are not allowed to share or give Your Authorized User Credentials to anyone else. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use another person’s Authorized User Credentials (i) with the intent to impersonate another person; (ii) subject to the rights of another person without authorization; (iii) in violation of the intellectual property rights of another person; or (iv) that The LOGAN Foundation, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate or offensive or discriminates on the basis of race, color, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. You acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest in your account and/or user name, and you further acknowledge and agree that all rights in and to your user name and account are and shall forever be owned by and inure to the benefit of The LOGAN Foundation. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account. The LOGAN Foundation WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO COMPLY. The LOGAN Foundation reserves the right to delete Authorized User Credentials (with or without notice) at any time and for any reason. f you believe your account has been compromised, you agree to notify The LOGAN Foundation immediately at support@loganlives.org.

ONLINE SHOPPING AT THE LOGAN SHOP
The Logan Shop is an independent entity from The LOGAN Foundation that provides merchandise that is relevant and/or correlates to the purpose, mission, and/or branding of The LOGAN Foundation. A portion of the sales profit goes to The LOGAN Foundation to further our mission. All product and service descriptions and images are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. The inclusion of any products or services on the website does not imply or warrant that such products or services will be available. In the event a product or service available on or through the website is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, The LOGAN Shop will have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price, whether due to a typographical error, an error in information received from The LOGAN Shop's suppliers or providers, or otherwise. The LOGAN Shop reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason. The LOGAN Shop may charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. You are solely responsible for all sales or other taxes, on orders shipped to you. If you wish to purchase any product made available through the website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to such transaction including, without limitation, your credit card number, its expiration date and security code, the billing address, and any shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD(S) UTILIZED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY TRANSACTION. By placing an order, you represent that the products and services ordered will be used only in a lawful manner pursuant to any additional terms that may accompany them. The risk of loss for and title to products or services purchased on the website passes to you upon electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, as applicable. You are responsible for payment regardless of receipt of the electronic invoice. Prices are subject to change at any time, and you will be charged the price listed at the time of your order confirmation.
The LOGAN Shop does not handle refunds, returns, or order cancellations directly. Refunds, returns, and order cancellations will be handled through the vendor. The vendors existing refunds and returns policy will apply. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to The LOGAN Shop. Although we vet and stand behind our vendors, we want customers to be satisfied with them. Please contact support@loganlives.org with any issues with your orders.

EVENT PARTICIPATION

In Person Events
Volunteers
Event volunteers for in person events will be required to register, attend any safety briefs, and sign the corresponding release of liability form that confirms your agreement to the guidelines provided with the form. Volunteers will be provided all necessary supplies to perform their duties in a safe manner, free admittance to the event, and relevant information including safety precautions, schedule, and any other necessary information. Please contact support@loganlives.org to inquire about volunteer opportunities or the volunteer page on this website. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in removal from the event and future volunteering opportunities

Attendees
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The LOGAN Foundation and its affiliates, as well as our/their respective governors, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, vendors, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of your attendance to the event(s). Harassment, discriminatory, and/or criminal behavior of any kind towards volunteers or other attendees will not be tolerated and may result in your removal and revocation of your access to future event. Criminal activity will be reported to local authorities and handled as they see fit. Should you be asked to leave for your behavior, a refund will not be issued. Refunds for in-person events will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please submit your request to support@loganlives.org with any relevant details, and The LOGAN Foundation’s board of directors will review the situation and respond within 30 days.

Cancellation of annual events will automatically transfer your ticket to the next year with no additional action required. However, you may request a refund instead at support@loganlives.org. Purchase of tickets to the next annual event after refund has been issued, will be at the current listed price.
Virtual Concerts
Volunteers
Virtual concert volunteers are required to register at least 5 days in advance of the start time of the concert to ensure adequate publication of your event. You must also follow the terms and conditions listed below:

Virtual concerts must "go live" or post a pre-recorded concert to your own social media page and provide the link to The LOGAN Foundation.

Your post must include The LOGAN Foundation's virtual tip jar links.

Volunteers understand they will not be financially compensated. All tips will be collected through The LOGAN Foundation's designated virtual tip jar link, and all funds will directly support The LOGAN Foundation’s mission.

The LOGAN Foundation does not supply the virtual concert volunteer a streaming device, instruments, or sound/music equipment.

The LOGAN Foundation is not responsible for an damages to the volunteer's equipment, instruments, streaming device, or person.

The LOGAN Foundation is not responsible for comments, shares, opinions, or any other cyber content of attendees. Virtual concert volunteers may remove or hide any comments by attendees they deem inappropriate, obscene, vulgar, or that violate any of the terms and conditions of The LOGAN Foundation at their discretion.

Volunteers should avoid disruptive behaviors like shouting, making unmusical noise, or spamming chat. This ensures that everyone can enjoy the performance without distractions.

Volunteers are encouraged to test their equipment, internet, and streaming device prior to the start of their specified concert date & time.

No personal sales or promotional content is allowed during the event without prior approval from The LOGAN Foundation.

Virtual Concerts should be a minimum of one hour but not more than 3 hours.

We are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in your event removal.

By participating in virtual concerts, you agree to refrain from using copyrighted music or other materials unless you have the proper rights or licenses. The LOGAN Foundation is currently seeking ASCAP licensing. Term and conditions will be updated accordingly and become effective immediately upon publishing should this rule change.

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or other platforms have automatic copyright detection systems that can flag or remove content using copyrighted music without permission. Some platforms may also mute portions of your broadcast if it detects unauthorized music.

YouTube: YouTube has strict copyright rules, and the Content ID system can detect copyrighted music and either block or demonetize your video.

Facebook/Instagram: These platforms also use automated systems to detect copyrighted music and may remove your content or restrict it based on the copyright owner’s preferences.
The LOGAN Foundation is not responsible in the event your virtual concert is removed based on copyright music permissions. Failure to comply with the event guidelines may result in removal from the event and future volunteering opportunities

Attendees
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold The LOGAN Foundation and its affiliates and its and their respective governors, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, vendors, and agents harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, damages, costs, liabilities, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of your use of the The LOGAN Foundation services, events, and website. Attendees are encouraged to share the virtual concert but please ensure the virtual tip jar is shared with the concert. Harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind towards volunteers or performers will not be tolerated and may result in your virtual removal and/or revoke your access to the event and/or future events.

The LOGAN Foundation is not responsible in the event a virtual concert is removed based on copyright music permissions of the streaming platform.

DONATIONS AND SPONSORSHIP
​
A key difference between a donation and a sponsorship is that a donation is a purely altruistic gift with no expectation of anything in return, while a sponsorship involves the sponsor receiving recognition or promotional benefit in exchange for their contribution in a written agreement. Those interested in sponsorship can contact support@loganlives.org.

One time donations and patron program subscription are considered a donation. Tax deductible receipts are currently unavailable until tax exemption applications are approved.
